A Fall Crisp

I love the fall! It is such a beautiful time of year where we enjoy a unique, colorful world while the crisp air starts to set in. We begin getting cozy inside with earlier evenings and look toward the holidays. This year we got a bushel of apples to mark the season and have made many batches of apple crisp. There are a number of variations on this recipe, but I'll share here an easy one! Easy Apple Crisp 1-2 cans of apple pie filling 1 stick melted butter 1 cup oats 1 cup flour 1 cup brown sugar Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Dump apple pie filling into the pan and spread out. Mix together butter, oats, brown sugar, and flour. Crumble flour mixture over top of the apples, covering the whole pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Yum!
